Does he only know how to communicate by angrily yelling into a camera with a black and white filter? This looks just like that weird video he made after the confrontation with Sonnen, where he was just telling the camera lens how bad he was going to beat it up.

But seriously, it's always so convenient that these guys suddenly are just treated so badly right around the time they get in hot water or on a long losing streak or start getting over the hill. It's funny that he never had anything like this to say until he literally ran away from a drug test after not fighting since March of last year.

Clint Eastwood and John Wayne ride off mysteriously into the sunset after wrecking havoc, kicking ass and taking names. The Good did not stay around for a while and bitch about The Bad looking at him the wrong way and The Ugly disrespecting him. Dirty Harry did not write a police report about how the non-issue gun was too heavy. Wayne was simply too busy couching up cancer lungs to say anything at all, but did he bitch and moan? No.

I'm still a little confused.
A whole bunch of times in that video he referred to how he's doing something about all of this and how he is standing up for the other fighters and all that jazz, and I kept waiting for him to say exactly what it is that he's going to do, but he never really specified. He just kept angrily saying he's "had enough" and he's "going to make it right" or whatever.

So.....was that it? Was bitching into a camera about how mean everybody is to him his big solution to the problem? Is that his plan for getting fighters treated better? To vlog about how evil the UFC is?

Someone should inform him that that's exactly what every UFC-hating keyboard warrior has been doing for the last 5 years.
Maybe he should just crash a UFC event with other disgruntled, washed-up fighters like Tito and those other guys did a little while back.

I'm guessing he probably knew this was coming, and figured a preemptive 13-minute, emotional, victim card-laced, voluntary retirement video message to fans would look better for his image than a NAC lifetime ban (which is basicly the equivalent of a forced retirement).

Sorry, but this asshole is just making himself look worse and worse at every turn. This whole rant about how he was treated so badly that he lost his desire to fight and that's why he is choosing to retire now looks even more pathetic that it already did. You got a lifetime ban, and you likely knew it, so trying to misdirect everyone and point fingers like you're some kind of fucking martyr or something is insulting to your fans.

Yeah the TRT ban was only initially instituted by the NAC as well, but it was honored by just about every other commission out there.

It's probably for the better. He hasn't been horrible inside of the cage like some vets are at the tail end of their careers, so as fans, we won't have that bitter taste when looking back on his career like we have had with so many other fading legends. But his embarrassing out of cage antics are taking center stage, so it's probably a good time for him to dissapear for a little while, and then resurface later in some capacity after the dust settles a little, like as an ambassador of the sport or whatever.

He sure did get a raw deal by the big, bad UFC!

exactly what i was thinking trigg, in his 7+ year stretch with the UFC he made almost 10 million for roughly a total of 90 minutes of fighting.  111k for each minute he was fighting.. doesnt seem so bad when you break down those numbers.

i love wandy but this internet video bullshit has to stop. Take your loss like a man and go fight for WSOF
