UFC 174 Discussion *Will Be Spoilers*

I've heard some people say they're not really too excited for this card ,but I am.

Mighty Mouse is a guy who I've done a complete 180 on. Ever since the Dodson fight he has impressed me even more. He fights like a champion should going for the finish the whole fight. Meanwhile, I've only seen Bauginitov's last fight ,but I thought it was an awesome one.

I'm more excited about the rest if the main card, but the main event could end up being good, too. I'm looking forward to this card for sure!

the dagestani guy will be back. i see more potential in him, he just has to adjust a couple of things.

the rest of the fights weren't very good, i thought. Bader sucks.

Arlovsky, although he won, didnt look that good.

All the bullshit about a Schaubbery is non-sense. He won the 3rd and the first 2 could have gone either way, likely to Arlovski due to cage control and always taking center. Plus Schaub looked all sorts of fucked up after the 2nd... I don't even know what caused his face to explode like that, but it was ugly.

Definitely a MEH main card, the under-card was a bit better.

Band and Johnson was a good one, Letourneau and Phillips was a good banger even more so that both fighter took the fight on less two weeks notice. Letourneau's eye looks all fucked up. Broken Orbital ala Koschek?

Thank goodness for Netflix, I got a good movie in while watching the main card.

Yeah I agree 100%.
This isn't Sanchez/Pearson we're talking about here. It's not like Schaub did anything of note in the first 2 rounds. Both rounds 1 and 2 were very close and could have gone either way, with Arlovski probably getting the nod because of dominant position. The third was all Schaub, but unfortunately for him you have to win more than one round, and he didn't.
What I really found interesting was when the doctor was checking Schaub after the fight and asked him how he was doing, he said "I just beat Arlovski, so I'm fine!" Then after the decision was announced and Rogan was doing the interview, Arlovski was dejected and dissapointed that it was such a shitty fight.
I think Schaub could take a lesson in humility from The Pitbull.
