Bisping asked for Rockhold, Rockhold says no i injured my pinky toe

For a guy who has been asking to fight bisping for years now, that is a pretty sad excuse to say the very least.

Actually it was his "index" toe... he broke it right away the Boetsch fight and it was openly known he was injured.
So... Bisping is calling out knowingly injured fighters...   

well wait a minute. Rockhold called out bisping right after the fight with Tim.He said he wanted vitor and if not vitor he wants to shut bisping up asap. So Tim did call out bisping after his last fight with his injury knowing. thats pretty shady too i would say. you call a guy out but wont take the fight cause you are injured and knew it when you called the guy out.

Well, I would assume he meant after he was mended and able to fight. The commissions aren't going to clear a known injured fighter.

It sounds to me like Bisping is just intentionally taking a shot at Rockhold, and knew all along that he wasn't going to be fighting him next. I don't think it went down like "Bisping asked Rockhold for the fight, and Rockhold said no".

To me, this sounds like Bisping is just twisting the truth a little bit. It sounds like Bisping would've liked to fight him next, but he knows he can't fight right now. Then he took the opportunity to flip it around and make it sound like Rockhold is ducking him by making light of the injury, even though everybody, including Bisping, knows that's not the case. The last part about "when it comes down to it, he doesn't want to fight me" is nothing more than gamemanship.

Doesn't sound like there was ever an offer presented to Rockhold for a fight with Bisping. Like Chrom said, how could there have been, when he's injured and out? With Bisping trying to get a fight right now, he knew damn well he wasn't getting Rockhold next.

I'm thinking the conversation at Bisping camp went something like this.

Bisping's manager - Rockhold called you out after his last fight.

Bisping - Fuck that wanker.  I just got me trousers manhandled by a guy stronger than me now they want me to tussle that gorilla.  Quick give me someone else to be callin out.

Bisping's manager - Well rockhold hurt his toe and can't fight now anyways.

Bisping - Wait he can't fight.  Hurry give me my phone and twitter handle.
