Fantasy League Season 4 - WHO IS INTERESTED??

hahaha.....I really have no idea what im doing.....I was auto draft last season......besides that....we're all friends here and nobody would exploit me for my lack of knowledge in fantasy.....right?

It doesn't matter since anyone I draft spontaneously blows out their knee.

Hey guys,
I am getting a lot of lists with only about 10-15 fighters on them.
For those that have done this last year, the draft is done pretty much the same way.

You will need to provide a list of fighters in the order you would like them drafted. Once a fighter is drafted, they get crossed off everyone's list. When it's your turn, I will pick the next best available.

So, if you only give me 10 fighters and they are all gone by the 2nd or 3rd round, I will be auto drafting the rest of your fighters for you per the drafting rules.

This is not different than the last 3 seasons.

Draft Rules:
1. Each participant will draft a team of 14 fighters (subject to change based on number of participants).
2. You must have at least one fighter from each of the top 8 men’s weight classes as of today’s eligibility (HW, LHW, MW, WW, LW, FW, BW, FLW). PLUS 1 WMMA fighter (any weight class). Your remaining draft picks can be in any weight class or gender.
3. Drafts will be done using your own proxy list where your "best available" will be drafted automatically. (ie... you don't have to worry about being around for a live draft). When drafting, I will pick the highest fighter still available on your list, unless it comes down to you still needing to fill a gap in a weight class.
4. This will be a "snake" draft, meaning the person who picks last in the first round will pick first in the second round (and so on).
5. When filling out your proxy list, I suggest listing at least 50 fighters. If your list is too short and you have nobody left on your list, I will default to the next highest ranked athlete available from the site's "top 10 rankings" (starting with HW), and then fightmatrix.com. You also have the option to list fighters you definitely do not want along with your proxy list in case your list is too short.
This is a keeper league. Season 2 teams may keep up to 2 of their current roster fighters in exchange for the following respective round draft picks (1st, 2nd).
6. After the draft is complete, there will be a FREE open period of 2 days to make any trades or acquisitions from the undrafted list.
7. There will be NO trades allowed this year. Once your roster is finalized, it is finalized for the season. Instead, the bottom two point getters will be automatically eliminated from every team at the end of the season.

This is hilarious. I'm not gonna lie, I'm really enjoying this.

Question:

If I were to submit my list separated by weight class (i.e. like we do for our top 10 lists- my HW list , followed by my LHW list, and so on) as opposed to a "pound for pound" list where I have it most wanted from top to bottom, regardless of weight class, would that be detrimental, beneficial, or make no difference?

Unless you specify to pick the top ranked guy in any available weight class.

I'll draft on ypur behalf any way you want me to. That being said, I am not in your head so just be specific.

4. If anyone would like to submit a team from the undrafted list, you can still do so until December 4th. If not, I may add a team anyway (to make things more exciting). I am sure I can find someone to take ownership since risk free.
