The meeting will determine whether or not Anderson Silva is, in fact, guilty of utilizing performance enhancing drugs walking into his bout with Nick Diaz at UFC 183 in January. Combate confirmed the report earlier this week.
While the last delay was requested by Silva so his party could gather a defense, the reason for the most recent delay is still unknown.

Well why does the NSAC keep granting the delays?
Actually, forget I asked that. These are same wonderboys who don't know if they're supposed to be testing for coke or not and then release the results, only to allow the fighter to compete anyway. Move along, nothing to see here! lol
