| Well, what did every body think? I'm gonna start by stating what seems to be the very unpopular stance of; Romero and his corner are not at fault and everyone whining about it are just being tit babies. His cornermen aren't the idiots who globbed the shit out of his eye with Vaseline, that was the UFC's official cut man! To add to it Big Johns directions weren't exactly direct, by stating "wipe him down" or something very similar. You then see the corner wipe the sweat off Yoel and a bit of confusion ensues, I'm sure due to the language barrier. The fact is that it was a fun and exciting fight to watch and you can't hold Romero or his men responsible for the mistakes of UFC officials. I'm sure Tim or his team will try to get it overturned to a NC and I am sure they will be unsuccessful. I enjoy watching Tim fight so I wouldn't mind seeing a rematch just to settle it, wash the bad taste and hell maybe we get a bad ass trilogy. CAT FUCKIN ZINGANO! BOOM!!!! Cruz looked like a fuckin killer! TJ better be eating his Wheaties! Conor McGregor is who he says he is. Usually brash and braggy isn't my style but I find it hard to dislike the guy for some odd reason. Can't wait to see him fight again... and I am sure it will be sooner rather than later. | |

| Pretty much exactly as I explained it. After a nearly being KO'd at the end of the 2nd round, Romero ended up getting a bit of extra time, 28 seconds to be exact, on the stool due to excessive Vaseline on his brow. People are bitching that he should be DQ'd because "he wasn't able to get up off the stool" which would amount to a TKO if he couldn't answer the bell. Or they are claiming it was an intentional move by his cornermen... but his corner aren't the people who put the grease on... it's the UFC's official cut man who does that... | |

| Yeah the controversy didnt seem like all that big of a deal to me. Rogan was losing his goddamn mind like a spaceship landed in the cage, but that's what Rogan does. Romero didnt win because he got a little extra time between rounds. He won because Kennedy got sloppy and walked in with chin sticking out so far it should've had hazard lights flashing on it. Plus, like Chrom said, this wasn't some evil genius move by Romero's corner. They actually really had nothing to do with it, and Romero didnt get off the stool because he wasn't yet instructed to.
I don't see what the big deal is, but I'm sure Kennedy is gonna make a huge, tiresome deal out of it. Also, Rogan berating Romero and asking him 3 consecutive times about it was pretty unprofessional IMO.

| Did anyone else notice right after the Kennedy/Romero fight when they cut to a girl in the audience, and Goldberg said something along the lines of "And here's TUF 20 competitor Rose Namajunas and her fiance Pat Barry"? Except it clearly was not Rose, looked nothing like her, and obviously the dude with this chick wasn't Pat Barry, either. It was great because as Goldberg is saying this, you can tell he knows it's not her, but someone is in his ear telling him it is, so he just kinda crawls through it like "Here's TUF 20 competitor................Rose Namajunas. And............her fiance..............Pat Barry". lol! I took a video of it to show you guys in case you missed it, but I can't seem to upload it on the site. | |

yeah Kennedy was being a real sore loser there. he can appeal all he wants, it wont get over turned. I'm glad kennedy got his butt kicked but it's not kennedy was dominating yoel at all. heck if anything i would yoel was dominating Kennedy in that fight and the only time i saw Kennedy being dominate was when he was cheating and grabbing yoels glove.

That's what made me take notice in the first place; it looks absolutely nothing like her! lol And like I said earlier, it seemed like Goldberg realized it wasn't her, but maybe a production crew member was in his earpiece telling him to say that it was, so he just went ahead and did. Is this chick maybe a different cast member of TUF 20? I'm not sure because there's like 3 brunettes that look almost the same to me, so it could be one of them, but I don't know.
