Is Nick going to jail?

I certainly don't wish this on anyone but Nick clearly came out and said he's NEVER paid ANY taxes EVER.

A gobsmacked Uncle Dana says he's willing to help fix his finances.

Gracie says Nick has paid $100,000 in taxes.

So who goes to jail? Nick or Gracie or does Dana save the day!

Option #4: Gracie took 100k from Diaz and said he was paying taxes with it. Gracie never paid anything, now Diaz is receiving 'fuck you pay me' letters from the IRS.

I went with Dana sorts it out

I voted Dana saves the day, but I would add a stipulation of "only if Nick lets him". Diaz has a tendency to cut and run when things go badly, so I'm not even really sure Dana would be able to get ahold of Nick if he tried.
