Wow, Monson's got a hammer and sickle tat on his calf, isn't Fedor from Ukraine? I would've loved to see Fedor hold Monson down and Aleks come out with a knife, then cut that tattoo off. I bet he'd do it too lol. They probably look at Monson like a complete sucker and an idiot.

So anyway yeah that fight sucked butts. Fedor certainly isn't the greatest of all time. He had his moments and he's got a spot in history though. No doubt in that.

Ill always support Fedor so im glad to see him win again. Weird seeing him use a different stance after all this time.

Well that was ..... ah ..... interesting,
never getting that time back.

Every fighter is eventually going to get to the point where there age is a
hindrance, I no longer think Fedor is a relevant HW; he is a legend for his
past accomplishments. However the longer he stays active the dimmer my
view of that legend gets.

Really? C'mon... Fedor CARRIED Monson past the first minute. He could have finished him ANYTIME. If he fought like that in Nevada he'd be banned from MMA for life.... Fedor didn't wanna finish Monson too early.... bad for the image.

I just made an observation, he was using it the whole fight.

my point is Monson had no chance in this fight.... M1 Fedor KNEW this.... thats why they arranged the fight .... Fedor could not lose this fight... Monson had NOTHING for Fedor..... Fedor kept having to let Monson get up to keep to fight going.... Monson gassed after 60 seconds.... even Fedor looked embarrassed by what was going on.

It wasn't a real fight....

It was a disgusting travesty that brings the fight game into disrepute and would have brought sanctions if fought in Nevada.

But what the hell my buddy Tank is always looking for a payday .... maybe he will fight Fedor after the Mother Teresa fight.....

Yeh I agree about Monson, Im usually amped anytime Fedor fights but wasnt at all for this....The way his career has been handled the last few years is very disapointing.

The worst thing that can happen for Fedor and his legacy is more fights like this,
beating guys far past they're prime; or never at Fedor's level type fighters.

The game has changed, we've seen what the new breed of fighters can do against the legends
we have all grown to love and admire; even seen some adapt and change with the times and be successful (although not many).

He should retire, he won his last fight; go quietly and sit on your pillar.

M-1 is going to be able to find him pay days as long as he wants them, and a long list of washed up fighters who will all jump at the chance to fight and possibly upset Fedor; so why
continue the farce. It is a joke, no one is entertained by the fights; the only entertainment is from the hysterics of the whole thing.
