yea the guy is very flexible, but werdum was doing it wrong. cannot cross your feet, and you have to pinch the arm in between your knees

Not much torgue/pain in that position of the arm. Werdum was trying to get it facing the right way for a tap, but couldn't get it. If you watch closely, you can see that Vinny's elbow was facing the right way (as a defender) the entire time.

^ Very cool note, that looked like a super technical match which I am sure they all really are at that level. Vinny showed a ton of heart there, a lot of fighters would have just given up in a position like that.
