so as yall may know...im a chef and live in a resort town.....well thismorning RDA and team came in to the café I work at.......good god they each got like 3 items off the menu for themselves.....clean plates....I wonder what he was doing here, if it was for skiing, high altitude training or just a vacation

That's cool! Yeah I'd imagine that given the amount of training these guys do, their caloric intake has gotta be through the roof.

Yeah, a world class athlete should be eating a gram of protein/day for every pound of lean body weight. So, that's probably in the neighborhood of 150 grams/day for RDA.
