I don't know man.
I kind of have an issue with 40 year olds competing in such a physical sport.
Unless organizations put together some sort of a "senior" division with modified rules, I'd be totally fine with orgs just putting an age cap on fighters.

Yeah hopefully he'll take this as a sign and came into this comeback with a "UFC or Bust" frame of mind.
Don't settle for a 2nd rate org. Just move on.

there is nothing wrong with 40 year old fighting. he had minimal brain damage for a fighter before and hasnt had any wear and tear in years.

he is older but so is 85% of the HW division.
carwin has about 30 minutes in total fight time for his entire career.
if he wants to bang let him bang.
he didn't take much damage during his career so why not.

Probably because he is old and had major gas tank problems when he was years younger.
Guessing he probably wanted much more than what he's worth.
Let him swing away at other oldies in Bellator.

i wonder if money played a factor into the ufc decision. shane seems like a humble guy and I couldn't see him demanding a shit ton of money but you never know.

rumor has it that he actually might be going into the wwe and they offered him a deal. that would suck.

outside of the brock fight he didn't have any gas tank issues. he was fine in his only other fight out of the first round against jds. he punched himself out in the brock fight imo.
