It's a lot funnier if you just keep skipping forward and catch all the weird randomness out of context and have no idea wtf he's talking about. lol
But to answer the question, I don't think it's either. This is just the way he is, and it's the way he's always been. He was more turned up than usual in that interview, but the level of crazy was pretty consistent with his usual level of crazy.
The only thing I would say was a little forced was the fact that he seemed to trying to channel his inner Muhammad Ali. But instead of effortless and charismatic like Ali, this was just kind of awkward and uncomfortable.
I miss "YES cartwhell" Diego Sanchez. I wish he'd bring that back.
