Okay probably just a drunk "tweet" and maybe even a "fact" (no more TRT exemptions) but c'mon unless you are a potential TRT user wouldn't supporting the party line (drug testing) be a good thing.

Well, technically he's not "blaming".
Looks like he's just "explaining" to me. Does he say that he does not support the new guidelines?

Hrs not outright saying hes against it, he's just using it as an excuse for why he lost his bet. Cuz that's what's really important, apparently. Its just Jones once again proving why he shouldn't be allowed to use social media. Seriously, has this guy ever even once posted something that wasn't at least moderately inappropriate?
