He's actually not, really. He blew up on one guy a little because he completely shit himself in his fight and would not listen to instruction whatsoever. But other than that he's been really good, even drawing praise from the fighters for his innovation. Faber constantly tries to make it sound like Connor is just an absentee coach who doesn't care about the fighters, but that's just because Connor isn't a super-bro-man-hug-uber-best-bud-coach like Faber.

He actually seems really good. Â If he has any standup at all i would consider him a favorite.
Although, i am 2 episodes behind, so if he already fought and lost nevermind lol

No he is still in and you are 100% right too on his stand up. That's always been very weak for him but i will say his chin is pretty solid so he can take a shot at least.
I also agree with Trigg, Conor is actually a good coach IMO. The guy he blew up at was not listening was looking half winded the whole time and then the 3rd round to change things around you pull guard (again) where the other guy just applied the same lay and pray the whole time. Right now he is the guy i think team America will have to cut next round. By the new TUF standards.

Gecko could potentially end up being former training partners with two TUF champions!
Small world, huh? lol

My girl was saying that to me the other night. plus i use to train with TUF 8 alum David Kaplan. So my girl was pretty much saying "so you trained with all these champs huh? so what happened to you?" (i cant believe i am still going to marry this woman)...

He's also the guy who decided that using "Tenderness" as a walkout song was a splendid idea.

So is anyone still watching?
Even though Gritz got a 2nd chance then lost anyway so it doesn't matter, I still think he got a raw deal with Dana's new "least exciting fight winner is eliminated" rule. I don't agree with that at all. Dana has been on a mission the last several seasons to verbally assault the boring out of the fighters, but this move was just heartless and cruel. I think he just went too far in his quest to try and ensure that every TUF fight is Hunt/Silva 1. He forgets that this is a tournament, and some of these guys' only shot at getting into the UFC. It's just absurd IMO to tell a guy "Yeah you did what you needed to do and won your fight, but you're still out of the tournament because I personally liked your fight the least."

I kind of agree with you.
But God Dammit I wish some of these guys would just engage and fight. The fighters being content to just outpoint their opponents have pretty much brought this on themselves.

Yeah I'm not condoning them employing a safe, wrestle-fuck strategy to ensure they advance, but there's gotta be a better solution than guaranteeing that one guy who won his fight won't be advancing. What if every fight was a really good, competitive, back and forth fight? Then Dana's retarded rule would be eliminating one fighter who literally did nothing wrong and fought exactly like Dana wanted him to. I'd much rather see a slightly less severe penalty, like maybe use the "exciting" factor to determine seeding in the next round or something (i.e. You lay-n-pray/don't go for the finish, you get the toughest fight in the next round).

I want to agree with trigg and every one cause it really does make sense but i also get this feeling that if we did we would have lost out on some good talent. Connors guy has been looking like a beast in his fights and he was the one that got eliminated to get into the house and now he is wrecking people. I would watch him 10 times over Chris (the lay and prayer Dana is referring to). but i do give credit to that Chris looked alot better in his 2nd fight.
