Reading a few things in the Despite reports, Anderson Silva Still Says He Did Not Take Any Performance Enhancing Drugs thread made me want to take into consideration Silva's career accomplishments and put his title as GOAT to the test. Let's hash this shit out fellas.

MMA Record: 34-6
UFC Record: 17-2

Most notable wins: Franklin, Hendo, Sonnen, Belfort, Okami & fuck it I suppose Diaz

Losses to: Luiz Azeredo both men 2-1 ATOF, Daiju Takase 4-7-1 ATOF Silva was 10-1, Ryo Chonan 8-4 Silva was 14-2, Yushin Okami MEH we don't count that one, The Chris x2

For lack of a better term "padded" fights: Bonnar, Griffin, Irving, Leben & fuck it I suppose Diaz(natural LW/WW)

So the options are either; YES!! He's the the best there ever was without question (which nobody on this site, including myself, has ever said) or 3 other choices which are all some variation of "no".

I voted one of the greatest ever, regardless of recent events because that is my opinion but i think the general MMA public are always going to hold this over andys head.

i wonder if the recent allegations will have any impact on him getting into the MMA hall of fame

To me his most notable wins: Franklin, Hendo, Griffin, and Belfort.
