If cocaine is NOT a prohibited subtsance out of competition 4 @ufc Jon Jones, then why did the Nevada comm administer a test for cocaine?

Avg T/E ratio references. Asians .76 to 1, whites 1.2 to 1, blacks 1.3 to 1. @ufc Jon Jones 3 T/E tests were .29 to 1, .35 to 1, .19 to 1.

Agree RT @CECsec214: @VictorConte since UFC athletes aren't tested year round there is always a ton of room to cheat b4 signing to fight

T/E ratio test can be beat in 6 hours. CIR test detects up to 2 weeks. However T & E can remain low 4 weeks after use. Sometimes months
If an athlete was out of US 2 train. Stopped T use 2 wks b4 being tested on return. IMO T, E & T/E ratio would all be low. CIR is clean @ufc

i will be the first to say victor conte is usually an asshole drama queen who stirs the pot but he is well educated in this and i had some of the same suspicions he addressed.
i kind of feel like the ufc made this shit up about the coke to elude the fact that jones had these suspect t/e ratios. something just doesnt make sense here. dana publicly addressed the issue last night and his stance was very lax. unlike dana. i feel like jones dropped the ball here and the ufc pulled a lot of strings to pick up the pieces.
what do you guys think of all this? are we just blowing this out of proportion? are we overlooking anything? do we agree with the way the ufc is publicly handling this?
