That's according to UFC president Dana White, who sent out a Twitter/Instagram post saying that Cerrone was in for Eddie Alvarez against Ben Henderson next week in Boston.
Henderson and Cerrone have met before - twice in fact, back in the WEC days. Their first fight at WEC 43 was one of the best fights in the promotion's history, but it was Bendo that came out on top via unanimous decision to claim the interim WEC lightweight belt. | Agree. Henderson won't get the finish, but I think that's pretty easy money.
Being hopefull, I want Cerrone to come out there and kick his head off in the first round. | |
