Well the limited things I know about physics and aviation are telling me that the nose of the plane was way way too high, meaning that the rear of the plane was way too heavy. So since it was a cargo plane, whatever was inside of it may not have been secured and shifted to the rear when they pulled up shortly after takeoff.

Yeah that's what I meant; banked/climbed too hard and either stalled or just got turned in on itself. That's crazy. Imagine just driving along down the road and seeing that shit? I'd very likely soil myself.

Huge plane guy here, the plane clearly stalled (not enough air travelling over the wings to produce lift) and didn't have enough altitude to recover.

This could be for a number of reasons, either there was a problem with the controls like the elevator being stuck or the engines not having enough thrust during takeoff. Hell the pilot could have been high as shit and totally fucked up. Either way, the pilot was either landing or taking off (you can see the landing gear down just before impact).
