| The top two I can think of that stick in my head...
Shinedown's cover of Skynryd's Simple Man. Completely butchered and ruined a classic tune.
Secondly, Disturbed's cover of Genesis' Land of Confusion...again, totally butchered. | |

| Absolutely agree on both of those! Especially Shinedowns version, you can't just take a classic song and hack it to bits... well I guess you can. | |

| I guess I just can't stand shinedown altogether. Can the guy sing? Sure...but does he OVER-sing? Absolutely...every single song is beaten down and saturated with trying waaaay too hard.
And then all those bands that over do it have to make an acoustic version too which doubles the torture. | |

| Yes! Thats exactly what I was gonna say about Limp Bizkits version. Its not bad until its supposed to cut to a guitar solo and then it turns out to be just DJ Lethal being lame. | |
