Just seeing if there are any tolken fans and if any one is checking out the hobbit this weekend. my girl and i are going to night to catch. i have heard that it does the original trilogy a lot of justice and lord of the ring fans wont be disappointed.
Any other fans of the series?

I am going to the regular one. The more advanced picture isnt showing at my local theater. but either which way i am fine. As long as i see the hobbit i am a happy gecko.

Fantastic movie!!! great movie,fun 3d that really pulls into the movie. If you love the lord of the rings you will not be disappointed with this. I am going to watch this again on xmas eve with my girl again.( she is a lord of the ring nut too)

ok...i thought it was a good movie...but.....i feel like there was some stuff i dont remember from the book......i dont remember stone giants...and i dont remember a necromancer.....been a while since i read the book so i may be wrong.
