| Oh my fucking God!
Kongo.... go get a suit cause you are now the official UFC DOORMAN
Bareo is a deserving interim champ.... he's gonna die against some adequate competition.
Anderson is trembling from the Boetsch Lombard fight.... man either of these guys could cause Anderson to .... ..... well not laugh too hard!
Ebersol.... nice sparring match
Riddle ... nice submission after a lot of dry humping. Submission of the night?
THE FUCKING UNDERCARD WAS GREAT!
All in all UFC 149 is definitely worth a really good Freebie Dana ... pay attention cause even if the card was filled with replacements...... I'd be looking for some blood vengeance if I had paid to sit at the Saddledome.

| i agree, kongo is a gatekeeper. gassed out against a can. whatever, never liked him anyway. i just want to know how in the hell he weighs in at 231 when he was bigger than the other dude at 250. dominick cruz will beat barao. and faber seems to be like florian, always just bellow the champion level. holly shit, lombard and boetch disappoint. silva is still laughing somewhere right now. he would have a field day with both of them. why is it that great judoka's never use their judo in fights? is it because the know they cant be taken down? so fucking what? use it to take somebody down!

| Wow... what a disappointing ppv. Glad I streamed that crap. Can't believe people are still paying 60 bucks for most these crappy cards lately.
Kongo fight... sucked/boring. Lombard/Boetsch... sucked/boring. I probably would have given the 2nd round to lombard and the other two rounds a 10-10.
Faber/Barao: Sucked too (relatively speaking). Looks like Faber broke a rib in the fight? I see cruz winning easily via boring stick and move love tap jabs.
Thought the free fights on FX were 100 times better than any of the ppv fights.

| I came back from a week of hell with my family while camping and I only saw the Boestch-Lombard fight which I thought sucked and Faber/Barao which I thought Barao looked great in ,but Faber just kind of stood there and took it.

| i think faber has a really tough time cutting weight. he looked emaciated at the weigh-ins. there was a very strange glow in his eyes. but because he is so short, he has to fight at the lighter categories and be the second best. | |

| IDK what the fuckin deal was with this card... everyone on the main card was gun shy... or just looked completely off... Thank FUCK for the undercard and Ryan Jimmo with his 7 second KO and 20 minute robot. | |

That robot was pretty sweet. I definitely did not expect that guy to bust out a perfect robot like that.

| 2 things:
Jimmo WAAAAY overdid the robot. The first time was great...the second time he's now showing off...the 3rd and 4th and 5th times...pretty much everytime the camera panned to him was just overkill. So do you want us to know you as a guy with KO power or a guy that can perfectly execute the robot dance?
secondly....in regards to the Nick Ring fight...how on God's green earth did Court not take that decision? IMO the 3rd round was an easy 10-8...I don't care if Ring ended up on top of Court for 15 seconds, Court rolled through him with constant pressure and multiple punch combos.
Terrible decision. | |

| Agree, and that's the problem with judging giving way too much emphasis on raw number of punches landed, and not enough emphasis on damage. Also, a prime example of why later rounds should be worth more .... or at the very least be more liberally judged with 10-8 rounds. | |

I thought it was a completely foregone conclusion that McGee won the fight; no question. Then I heard the decision and could do nothing but shake my head and quietly mumble random stuff about MMA judging.
