This is only rumored at the moment and a thought that Dana has considered. I personally like the fight. It will anwser a lot of questions about both men. As much as i love my bisping if he cant get past franklin than he really shouldnt be in the title mix then. I see most top 5 taking Franklin out at this point but if he cant beat Bisping it will show he can hang with the younger faster fighters still. I dont think he has a prayers chance at a another title run though to be honest.

I really think Bisping's next fight should be for a title shot. If Franklin is a fair test to make that happen then so be it.

My first choice would be to make Munoz/Bisping a #1 contender fight (if Munoz gets by Weidman, of course).

I honestly think Munoz is the worst possible match up, aside from maybe Anderson, for Bisping. Munoz would crush Mike IMO, he would get the take down and donkey kong his ass into unconsciousness... likely in the 1st.
But, thats not to say I wouldn't enjoy the hell outta that fight...

I dont know i think Bisping would stuff the take downs and force him to stand with him. if bisping can stuff chaels take downs than Munoz should be no problem. I think Bisping could win this fight UD with bunches of punches and keep moving around.

To me, they are the top two contenders who have not gotten beaten by Silva already. Let them fight for it.

Although Franklin/Bisping is an interesting matchup, I don't really see it doing anything for Bisping. Would likely just be a decision victory either way.

The thing about Munoz though is his goddamned retard strength in regard to his punches he could be losing the whole fight then catch you and it's all over.

Franklin takes it imo.
