Jim Miller vs nate Diaz at Fox3, could be a possible title contender

I like both guys and enjoy there styles but i think nate takes this one. Nate has the reach,better boxing and his jitz is just as good as millers(maybe even better) But Miller is tough as nails so this wont be easy for Diaz to take.


Either way this is going to be a good fight.

Wrestling has always been a weak point for the Diaz brothers, but I think it's been proven a few times that it's very dangerous to take Nate Diaz down.

I don't really know how to call this. If it stays standing, Diaz takes it all the way. But if Miller taked him down, I don't which it will resemble more; Diaz vs Stevenson/Guida or Diaz vs Pellegrino/Gomi.

Great point, ^ although Nate is known for having a great ground game; strong wrestlers have given him a lot of trouble in the past. Even Pelligirno was giving him some problems before he submitted him if I remember correctly. But I'm not sure in this instance if Miller will be the dominantly stronger fighter.

Yeah Miller's a good wrester, but I just don't if he has the control to dominate Nate from the top position and stay out of danger. With Diaz, if you give him and opening, you're going to get submitted.

That is a good point there. nate is very dangerous on his back and can throw a triangle out of no where a lot of times.

When I look at both fighters records and who the have faced as lightweights, I give this fight to
Jim Miller all day; that being said Nate appears to be on a tear right now.

I don't think Donald Cerrone was in the best shape when they fought, could have been a really bad weight cut or ailment; but the Cowboy that smoked Denis Siver and Charles Oliveira did not look like he was in the ring with Diaz when they fought.

Miller - Diaz will be a highly entertaining fight, I see them equaling out in the BJJ department, give Nate the edge in striking by far; but give Miller the big edge in wrestling.
